Dates have this not so appealing taste when eaten fresh, and my taste buds do not quite feel comfortable with the same. Well, this date shake seems to be tasting a lot different from the fresh version and I think it's no harm giving it a try! Especially with the chocolate shavings and heavy cream, it would just be hard for dates to put me off! :) By the way, vanilla is not a flavor i adore, so i there any other flavor that would blend well with dates and chocolate shaving? I think may be some other fruit flavors would taste great!

vanila ice cream is my pick for the date shake - guess flavors like strawberry, almond and badam too would go well with this date shake...

This really is the best date shake that I've come across for a long time! I would like to add some chopped almonds to your date shake. Will that be a good choice or do you have any other suggestions?

Though absolutely delicious ...this is so heavy on calories. Can I use milk swapped for the cream here?? I love shakes in the morning but the ice cream in this makes it unsuitable for the morning
