|Whole wheat linguine||6 Ounce|
|Sliced mushrooms||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Green pepper||1 Medium|
|Sweet red pepper||1 Medium|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Canned artichoke hearts||14 Ounce|
|Italian salad dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sliced pitted ripe olives||3 Tablespoon|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Shredded mozzarella cheese||2 Ounce|
Cook linguine according to package directions, omitting salt; drain.
Transfer to a large bowl, and keep warm.
Coat a large skillet with cooking spray; place over medium heat until hot.
Add mushrooms, green pepper, red pepper, and garlic; saute until crisp-tender.
Add artichokes, salad dressing, olives, and parsley; stir well, and heat thoroughly.
Add to reserved linguine, toss gentiy.
Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, and serve immediately.
