Super Bowl Hummus

Here's a great Hummus Recipe you can use for your Part at SuperBowl! You can dip this with veggies to make it healthy or just use chips and Pita Bread. This Healthy Hummus Recipe has garbanzo beans, sesame butter, paprika, sea salt, nutritional yeast, cashews and lemon juice. It is healthy and full of nutrients!

Ingredients

Chickpeas 1 Can (10 oz)
Tahini paste 2 Tablespoon
Cashews 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (Optional)
Lemon juice 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (Juice from one whole lemon)
Nutritional yeast 2 Tablespoon (Approximately)
Sea salt 2 Pinch
Water 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)

Directions

MAKING

1. Into a blender add all the ingredients and blend until smooth. (You may add water as per desired consistency of hummus)

SERVING

2. Serve as a dip for crackers or as a spread with pita bread and enjoy !
