Kubbeh Bil Seniyeh

Ingredients
  Bulgur 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ground meat 1⁄2 Kilogram (Beef Or Lamb)
  Onions 2
  Salt To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste
  Allspice To Taste
  Cinnamon To Taste
  Cardamom To Taste
Directions

1- Soak the bulgur in water for 15- 30 minutes - rule of thumb when using bulgur in cooking, the ratio of bulgur to water is 1:1.
2- Add the meat to the bulgur and mix well with the spices.
3- In the food processor add the mix of bulgur and meat and grind well, add the onions to the mix too. This way you will form the Kebbeh dough, that you can use to form the kebbeh rolls stuffed with cooked ground meat and then you fry OR you can use this Kebbeh dough to spread it in the pan to make Kebbeh bil sinyyeh.

I need not necessarily use red meat for this..do I? We never have red meat at our place so i was wondering about it... help me out here :)

I am sure you could use ground chicken, but lamb or mutton/goat tastes the best for this.

You can use lean meat for this, it will help you in balancing your health up to some extent :)
