1. In a large bowl, combine couscous, chicken and the vegetables, set aside.
2. In a saucepan, boil orange juice over medium heat. Pour into the chicken - vegetable mixture. Cover with a plastic wrap and let it stand for 5 minutes.
3. Uncover, basil, green onion, salt and pepper, stir to mix.
4. Serve with your choice of beverage.
Bring orange juice to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat; stir into couscous mixture. Cover tightly with plastic wrap; let stand for 5 minutes. Stir gently until evenly mixed. Serves 4.
