Ingredients
  Dry white vermouth 50 Milliliter
  Lemon juice 25 Milliliter
  Olive oil 25 Milliliter
  Fennel seeds 15 Milliliter
  Ground pepper 2 Milliliter
Directions

In bowl, whisk together vermouth, lemon juice, oil, fennel seeds and pepper.
Makes about 1/2 cup (125 mL).
