Brown Lentils Soup

A very easy to make vegetarian lentil soup.
Ingredients
  Lentils 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), washed
  Zucchinis 2 , cubed
  Carrots 2 , cubed
  Onion 1 , cubed
  Tomatoes 1 , cubed
  Salt To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste
  Cumin 1 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a pot add in the lentils and pour the water, place the pot over the stove.
2. Let the water boil and add in the vegetables. Lower the heat to medium-low and simmer for 30 minutes.
3. Turn off the stove and take out the mixture in a blending jar. Blend to make puree.
4. Pour the soup in a large bowl and season with salt, black pepper and cumin. Mix well.

SERVING
5. Garnish Lentil Soup with lemon wedges and serve.
