Apple And Walnut Salad

Ingredients
  Apple 4 Medium, cut into 1/2 inches cubes
  Orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Orange zest 1 Tablespoon
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Dried apricots 50 Gram, chopped (8 dried apricots)
  Walnuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), toasted and chopped
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large bowl take orange juice, orange zest, honey and olive oil, whisk well.
2. Add in the apples and apricots to the dressing. Toss well, all the ingredients.
3. Stir in the walnuts and toss again.

SERVING
4. Serve apple and walnut salad with fresh fruit juice and enjoy!
