Chipotle Hummus

I often make this hummus dish when I'm entertaining guests and I'm in a bit of a rush. It's the perfect snack that everyone loves and it's so quick and easy to prepare. The addition of a Serrano chile and chipotle pepper gives this homemade recipe a subtle spiciness and smokiness that I crave. Dipping sauce lovers rejoice!
For the hummus:
  Garbanzo beans 1 Can (10 oz)
  Garbanzo juice 2 Tablespoon
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon 3 Medium, juiced
  Garlic cloves 2 Large, roast
  Serrano chili 1 Medium, roast
  Chipotle pepper in adobo sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Tahini sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Tamari sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Smoked paprika 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Dash
For the assorted vegetables:
  Bell pepper 1 Large, slit lengthwise
  Cucumber 1 Large, slit lengthwise
  Carrots 2 Medium, slit lengthwise

1. In a food processor, add garbanzo beans, garbanzo juice, water, lemon juice, garlic cloves, serrano chili, chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, tahini sauce, tamari sauce, smoked paprika, ground cumin and salt and blend well toegther.
2. Pour out the dip into a bowl.

3. Arrange the cut vegetables on a plate along with the bowl of hummus.

4. Serve as a snack or an appetizer.
