Tahini Pomegranate Sauce

  Garlic 8 Clove (40 gm), minced
  Tahini 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Pomegranate molasses 4 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Lemon zest 1 Teaspoon
  Italian parsley 3 Tablespoon, chopped finely

1. In a bowl, add garlic, tahini, lemon juice, molasses, salt, lemon zest and Italian parsley. Whisk it well to combine. If the sauce is too runny add more tahini to it.
2. Refrigerate it for a few hours before use. Sauce will thicken.

3. In a serving bowl, serve the sauce with chips or grilled vegetables.
