Syrian Coleslaw

Ingredients
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Wine vinegar 1 Dash
  Cabbage head 1 Small
  Mint leaves 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Make dressing of garlic, oil, vinegar and lemon juice.
Toss cabbage in dressing, add mint leaves, and toss well again.
Refrigerate overnight to blend flavors.
