Mediterranean Tossed Garden Salad With Tahini Dressing

Ingredients
  Cherry tomatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs), cut in half
  Pine nuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), toasted
  Cherry tomatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs), halved
  Lettuce/Mixed greens 20 Gram, cleaned (1 Packet)
  Toasted pine nuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Feta cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), crumbled
  Tahini paste 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Balsamic vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Place bite size lettuce or mixed greens in a large bowl.
2. In a small bowl mix tahini, lemon juice, vinegar, oil, salt and black pepper then toss this dressing with the lettuce.

SERVING
3. Place dressed lettuce in a nice plate, top with tomatoes, pine nuts and feta.
4. Serve immediately, before it goes soggy

TIP
Add chicken or fish to the salad if you want.
