How To Make A Healthy Mediterranean Diet

  Water 2 Liter (About 8.50 Cups Or Enough To Fill Up Your Pitcher)
  Freshly grated ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Cucumber 1 Medium, peeled and thinly sliced
  Lemon 1 Medium, thinly sliced
  Spearmint leaves 12 Small
Directions

MAKING
1. Combine ingredients and let it stand in fridge overnight.
2) Drink all water the next day.
