Easy Pasta Salad - Mediterranean Pasta Salad

Ingredients
  Cooked pasta 3 Cup (48 tbs) (Small pasta)
  Extra virgin olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Capers 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Kalamat olives 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cucumber 1 Small, sliced to half moon shapes
  Sugar snap peas 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced
  Celery stalks 2 , finely chopped
  Chives 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Feta cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cubed
  Parsley 3 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Basil 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Lemon zest 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Salt and pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Cook pasta as directed on package. Coat it with olive oil(1 tablespoon) and allow to cool completely.

MAKING
2. In a large salad bowl, mix together pasta with olives, cucumber, sugar snap peas, celery, chives, feta cheese, parsley, basil and lemon zest.
3. In a small bowl, combine capers, lemon juice, olive oil(1 tablespoon), salt and pepper. Whisk or shake to blend well.

SERVING
6. Dress the salad, toss well and serve.
