Green Beans with Fennel

Ingredients
  Fennel bulb 1 , trimmed and diced
  Green beans 1 Pound, cut in 1 inch pieces
  Boiling salted water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 4 Tablespoon
  All-purpose flour 1 Tablespoon
  Cold water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Onion 2 Teaspoon, grated
Directions

MAKING
1. In a pan add water and salt. Boil.
2. Add beans and cook for 10 minutes or till they turn tender and crisp.
3. Drain the water when the beans are well cooked.
4. In a warm serving dish mix fennel and beans.
6. In another small pan melt butter ( 2 tablespoons).
7. Mix flour and cook till it gets bubbly.
8. Add cold water and cook. Keep stirring till the mixture thickens.
9. Stir 2 tablespoons of butter. Mix salt, grated onion and lemon juice.

FINALIZING
10. Heat.

SERVING
11. Serve green beans with fennel with vegetables.
