Soup Mediterranean

Ingredients
  Canned mushrooms 2 Ounce, sliced and drained
  Oregano 2 Dash, crushed (Generous Dash)
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Condensed minestrone soup 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Water 120 Milliliter (1 Soup Can)
  Cubed beef/Cubed chicken / lamb/ pork 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cooked
Directions

MAKING
1. Take a saucepan and melt butter in it. Add mushrooms and oregano, and sauté until they get browned.
2. Stir in soup, water and cubed beef and cook. Mixture should be stirred at occasional intervals during the cooking time.

SERVING
3. Serve the Soup Mediterranean with salads.
