|Canned mushrooms||2 Ounce, sliced and drained|
|Oregano||2 Dash, crushed (Generous Dash)|
|Condensed minestrone soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Water||120 Milliliter (1 Soup Can)|
|Cubed beef/Cubed chicken / lamb/ pork||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cooked|
1. Take a saucepan and melt butter in it. Add mushrooms and oregano, and sautÃ© until they get browned.
2. Stir in soup, water and cubed beef and cook. Mixture should be stirred at occasional intervals during the cooking time.
3. Serve the Soup Mediterranean with salads.
