Mediterranean Chicken (Oven Roasted)

|White wine||2 Tablespoon|
2 whole chickens (disjointed), wash in cold water. place chicken in roasting pan. Do not leave any space in the roasting pan. Season with basil, oregano, rosemary, salt and pepper. sqeeze the juice of 4 lemons over chicken and sprinkle with white wine. Top chicken generously with fine chopped garlic to personal taste. Bake in oven at 375 for 45 minutes to 1 hour. check for doneness. seaso with salt and pepper.
