Mediterranean Zaatar Menaeesh

Ingredients
  Dough 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Zaatar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Corn meal 1 Tablespoon
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Rolling)
Directions

Roll out dough into 4inch diameter rounds. Mix zaatar, oil and salt together and spread 2 tbs on the dough. Place dough on cookie sheet sprinkled with corn meal. Cook for about 12 minutes on 350 degrees. Serve with labne or olives, tomatoes and cucumbers.
