|New potatoes||1 Pound (Unpeeled)|
|Frozen whole green beans||18 Ounce (2 Packages Of 9 Ounce Each)|
|Bottled vinaigrette dressing||8 Ounce (1 Cup)|
|Hard-cooked eggs||3 , quartered|
|Red onion||1 Medium, thinly sliced|
|Tomatoes||2 Medium, cut in wedges|
|Green pepper||1 , cut into 1/4 inch strips|
|Canned solid pack tuna||14 Ounce, drained, flaked (2 Cans Of 7 Ounce Each)|
|Ripe olives||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), pitted|
1 In a medium saucepan, boil potatoes for 20 minutes or until tender;drain and allow to cool.
2 Peel the potatoes and cut into 1/4-inch slices.
3 As per the package directions, cook the beans; drain.
4 In a shallow baking dish, put the potatoes and beans.
5 Add 1/2 cup dresiing and toss gently.
6 Cover and allow to marinate in refrigerator for about 2 hours, turning occasionally.
7 Chill the remaining ingredients.
8 On a large serving platter, arrange all the ingredients and drizzle with the remaining dressing;serve.
