Mediterranean Tahini Sauce
|Tahini||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Radish||1 Teaspoon, chopped (Optional)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Fresh parsley||1 Teaspoon, chopped|
|Green onion||1 Teaspoon, chopped|
1. In a bowl add garlic, lemon juice, tahini, radish and water and mix with a wire whisk until well combined.
2. Mix in the parsley. Garnish with fresh chopped green onion.
3. In a serving bowl, use this sauce as a condiment or dipping sauce for falafel, shawarma, fish or any other item.
