Mediterranean Green Beans

Ingredients
  Green beans 1 Pound
  Red wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Dried oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Take a saucepan and steam the beans for 5 minutes or till they turn soft.
2. In a large bowl, whisk some vinegar, mustard, garlic, oregano and pepper together.
3. Add the steamed beans and toss to coat properly.

SERVING
4. Serve hot in a serving dish.
