Mediterranean Spiced Olives

Ingredients
  Picholine olives/Any other imported green olives 12 Ounce, rinsed with cold water and drained well
  Orange zest 1 Tablespoon, finely grated
  Extra virgin olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Honey 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Dried thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground allspice 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Coarse salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon, coarsely ground
  Flat-leaf parsley 1 Tablespoon, chopped
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, place the olives, orange zest, oil, honey, and garlic.
2) Using a rubber spatula, mix well.
3) Add the thyme, allspice, salt, and pepper.
4) Fold to combine.
5) Now, fold in the parsley.
6) Pack the olives into an airtight container.

SERVING
7) Before serving refrigerate, covered, for at least 6 hours and up to 3 days for the flavors to blend.
