Mediterranean Salad

Ingredients
  Chopped tomatoes 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Peeled chopped cucumber 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Finely chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), chopped
  Plain non-fat yogurt/1/2 cup yogurt cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Dried mint 2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a serving bowl, mix together tomatoes, cucumber and onion and then chill, covered in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
2) For the dressing, mix together garlic, yogurt and honey.
3) Drain any accumulated liquid from vegetables and blend with yogurt dressing.

SERVING
4) Top with mint and serve at once with a slotted spoon.
