GETTING READY
1 Preheat the oven.

MAKING
2 On a work surface, place a phyllo sheet.
3 Brush it with melted butter as shown in the video.
4 Place another sheet on top and brush with melted butter.
5 Using a knife, cut the phyllo sheets in six equal pieces.
6 Place a spoon full of the filling of your choice on the phyllo, as shown in the video.
7 Carefully roll each piece.
8 Coat each prepared roll with butter.
9 At this stage, you can store the rolls in the freezer for future use and thaw before cooking.
10 Alternatively, you can bake the rolls until golden.

SERVING
11 Serve hot.
