Moroccan Salad

Ingredients
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Wine vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Ground cumin 2 Teaspoon
  Dry wine 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Small, thinly sliced
  Green peppers 2 Large, cut up
  Tomatoes 3 Medium, peeled and cubed
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, combine vinegar, parsley, cumin, wine, oil, salt and pepper
2. Add cubes of onions, green pepper nad tomatoes and toss well; chill for a few hours

SERVING
3. garnish with more chopped parsley and serve
