Ingredients
  Frozen phyllo pastry 1 Pound (1 Package)
  Butter 1 Cup (16 tbs), melted
  Walnuts/Blanched almonds 1⁄2 Pound, finely chopped
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Honey 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Defrost pastry and separate the sheets.
2) Grease 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan and layer half on it.
3) Brush each sheet with melted butter.
4) In a bowl, mix nuts, 1/2 cup sugar, and cinnamon.
5) Sprinkle the mixture over buttered pastry.
6) Layer with remaining sheets.
7) Brush each sheet with melted butter.
8) With a knife, cut into 2-inch diamonds.
9) Place in oven and bake at 400° for 30 to 35 minutes till crisp.
10) Boil remaining ingredients till syrupy for 20 minutes.
11) Cool the mixture.
12) Pour the mixture over pastry.

SERVING
13) Serve warm or cold.
