Ingredients
  Ready rolled puff pastry 375 Gram
  Pesto 4 Tablespoon (Green Variety)
  Sliced roasted peppers 5 Ounce, frozen (140 Gram)
  Frozen artichokes 5 Ounce (140 Gram, About 3 Wedges Per Serving)
  Mozzarella ball/3 ounce cheddar, grated 125 Gram
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat your oven to 200C/fan 180C/gas 6

MAKING
2.Roll the pastry out and cut it into four rectangles; with a sharp knife, score a centimeterlong edge on each rectangle carefully and place it on the baking sheet
3. Spread a tablespoon of pesto on each slice, avoiding the borders and pile the peppers and artichokes
4. Cook in the oven for fifteen minutes till the pastry begins to brown
5. Break the mozzarella into small pieces and scatter it over the vegetables; turn it back into the oven for another five minutes or more till pastry is crisp and the cheese molten

SERVING
6. Goes well with green salad
