Meta Falafel

Ingredients
  Garbanzo beans 1 Pound
  Red onions 2 , grated
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), pressed
  Finely chopped parsley 1⁄2 Bunch (50 gm)
  Cumin 2 Tablespoon
  Coriander 2 Tablespoon
  Mineral salt 2 Tablespoon
  Cayenne 1⁄4 Tablespoon
  Oil 2 Tablespoon (To Fry)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) In a bowl, soak the garbanzos in water for overnight.
2) Drain excess water.
3) Use a flour mill or meat grinder to grind the beans.
4) Combine other ingredients to beans mixture. Mix well.
5) Form 1" balls or prepare patties about 1/2" thick and 2" round, with the mixture.

MAKING
6) Deep fry the balls to brown on all sides or in a skillet heat oil to brown the patties on both sides.

SERVING
7) Serve the falafel with Sesame Sauce on side.
