Wisconsin Beer Bread With Fennel Seeds
|Self rising flour||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Light beer||12 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Fennel seed||1 Teaspoon|
|Celery seed||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
2. Take a large electric mixer bowl, add flour, beer, fennel seeds and sugar and beat till mixture blend thoroughly.
3. Take a 5 X 9 X 3 inch loaf pan, grease with oil, transfer the batter, top with celery seeds and bake for about 1 hour or till a knife inserted comes out clean.
4. Take out, cool on a wire rack and serve warm.
