Stuffed Mediterranean Mussels
|Extra virgin olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Fine bread crumbs||57 Gram (1/2 Cup, Plain)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), mashed|
|Grated parmesan cheese||42 Gram (1/3 Cup)|
|Finely chopped fresh basil||2 Tablespoon|
|Finely chopped italian parsley||2 Tablespoon (Fresh)|
|Red pepper flakes||1 Pinch|
|Dry mustard||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Sauvignon blanc||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon||1 , squeezed|
|Mussels||1 Dozen, cleaned and debearded, steamed open, top shell removed|
Combine all ingredients, except mussels, and mix together well.
Top mussels in their shells with filling and place the stuffed mussels in their shells on a baking sheet.
Place under broiler and broil until just brown.
