Stuffed Mediterranean Mussels

Ingredients
  Extra virgin olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Fine bread crumbs 57 Gram (1/2 Cup, Plain)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), mashed
  Grated parmesan cheese 42 Gram (1/3 Cup)
  Finely chopped fresh basil 2 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped italian parsley 2 Tablespoon (Fresh)
  Red pepper flakes 1 Pinch
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sauvignon blanc 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon 1 , squeezed
  Mussels 1 Dozen, cleaned and debearded, steamed open, top shell removed
Directions

Preheat broiler.
Combine all ingredients, except mussels, and mix together well.
Top mussels in their shells with filling and place the stuffed mussels in their shells on a baking sheet.
Place under broiler and broil until just brown.
