Mediterranean Pasta Salad

Ingredients
  Cheese tortellini 8 Ounce (1 Package, Refrigerated / Frozen)
  Vegetables 9 Ounce (1 Package, Italian Style)
  Canned pineapple chunks 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Balsamic wine vinegar/Red wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Olive oil/Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Link turkey sausages 1⁄4 Pound, cooked, drained and sliced
  Bell pepper 1 Medium, cut into 1-inch pieces (Red / Yellow / Green)
Directions

Prepare tortellini as package directs, except add Italian style vegetables during last 2 minutes of cooking; reserve seasoning packet. Drain.
Drain pineapple; reserve 1/4 cup juice. Combine reserved juice, vinegar, oil and seasoning packet in large serving bowl.
Add tortellini, vegetables, sausage, bell pepper and pineapple to dressing; toss to evenly coat. Serve at room temperature or chilled. Toss before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs, if desired.
