Hummous

In this episode of The Aimless Cook, I will show you a super-easy recipe for hummous. This hummous has artichoke hearts and is incredible. I hope you enjoy.
Ingredients
  Chickpeas 1 Can (10 oz), drained
  Artichoke hearts 1 Can (10 oz), drained
  Garlic bulb 1 Medium, roasted
  Lemon 1 Medium, juiced
  Tahini 2 Tablespoon
  Extra virgin olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
Directions

MAKING
1. In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, artichoke hearts, roasted garlic bulb or 1 fresh garlic clove, juice of 1 lemon, tahini, extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt.
2. Blend until well combined and a thick and smooth paste like consistency is reached. Taste and season with more salt if required.

SERVING
3. Serve drizzled with extra virgin olive oil.
