Moroccan Chicken In Microwave

Ingredients
  Hot water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion mushroom soup mix 1 Ounce (1 Envelope)
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chicken 3 Pound, cut into serving pieces
  Plain yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Set Power Select at HIGH.
In oblong baking dish, combine water, rice, 1/2 envelope soup mix, raisins and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon.
Heat, covered, 4 to 5 minutes.
Set Power Select at MEDIUM-LOW.
Heat, covered, 13 to 15 minutes or until rice is almost tender, stirring once.
Arrange chicken on rice; sprinkle with remaining cinnamon.
Set Power Select at HIGH.
Heat, covered with wax paper, 12 to 14 minutes or until chicken is tender.
Rearrange chicken and stir rice once.
Meanwhile, combine yogurt, flour, milk and remaining soup mix.
Spoon over chicken; let stand, covered, 7 minutes.
If necessary, reheat at Power Select MEDIUM-LOW 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
