Syrian Salad

Ingredients
  Romaine lettuce head 1
  Cucumber 1 , thinly sliced
  Radishes 6 , thinly sliced
  Red bell pepper 1⁄2 , thinly sliced
  Green bell pepper 1⁄2 , thinly sliced
  Red onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), thinly sliced
  Scallion 2 , chopped
  Feta cheese 4 Ounce, crumbled
  Black olives 2 Ounce, sliced
  Capers 2 Tablespoon
  Parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
For dressing
  Olive oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Dried mint flakes 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1. Wash and tear lettuce into bite size pieces and place in large salad bowl (or 8 individual salad plates).
2. Arrange vegetables on top in an attractive manner. Top with feta, black olives and capers.
3. Combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, mint and salt & pepper. Let dressing sit for 15 minutes, then drizzle over salad. Serve.
