Mediterranean Dolmas

Ingredients
  Sun dried tomato 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Chopped dill 2 Tablespoon, chopped finely
  Raisins 2 Tablespoon
  Pine nuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Sea salt 1 Pinch
  Collard leaf 1 , destem
Directions

MAKING:
1)In a bowl combine tomatoes, dill, raisins, pine nuts, olive oil, sea salt and stir well.
2)In a collard leaf cut in quarters, place the leaf with the tip facing you, add a spoonful of the mixture and wrap it tight.

SERVING:
3)Serve immediately and enjoy!
