Moroccan Couscous

Ingredients
  Low-sodium chicken broth 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Uncooked couscous 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Pitted dates/Pitted prunes 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), chopped
  Chopped green onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Golden raisins 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Or Seedless)
  Sliced almonds 3 Tablespoon, toasted
Directions

• Combine broth, cinnamon and nutmeg in medium saucepan. Bring to boil.
• Stir in couscous, dates, green onions and raisins. Remove from heat; cover. Let stand 5 minutes.
• Stir couscous mixture with fork; spoon into serving dish. Sprinkle with almonds.
