|Ground cinnamon||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground nutmeg||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Uncooked couscous||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Pitted dates/Pitted prunes||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), chopped|
|Chopped green onions||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Golden raisins||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Or Seedless)|
|Sliced almonds||3 Tablespoon, toasted|
• Combine broth, cinnamon and nutmeg in medium saucepan. Bring to boil.
• Stir in couscous, dates, green onions and raisins. Remove from heat; cover. Let stand 5 minutes.
• Stir couscous mixture with fork; spoon into serving dish. Sprinkle with almonds.
