Pok Choi With Ginger Chili Fennel And Sesame

Ingredients
  Baby bok choy head 6
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Onions spring 4 , sliced diagonally
  Mild green chilies 2 , halved and sliced, seeds included
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), sliced
  Root ginger 3⁄4 Inch, chopped (2 Centimeter)
  Fennel seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Stock/Water 4 Tablespoon
  Toasted sesame oil 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Depending on the size of the choi heads, either cut them in half lengthways or cut off the ends and separate the leaves.
2. Heat the olive oil over a high heat in a wok or large frying pan. Add the spring onions, chillies, garlic, ginger, fennel seeds and pak choi. Stir fry for 2 mins, then add the soy sauce and stock or water. Bring to the boil, then lower the heat and simmer for 2 mins. Dress with the sesame oil before serving.
