Ingredients
  Shredded romaine lettuce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tomato 1 Medium, seeded and chopped
  Cucumber 1⁄2 Medium, peeled, seeded and chopped
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh dill 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Flavored hummus 8 Ounce (Such As Roasted Red Pepper)
  8 inch whole wheat tortillas 4
Directions

In a medium bowl, combine the lettuce, tomato, cucumber, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper.
Evenly spread the hummus on the tortillas, leaving a 1" border.
Evenly divide the tomato mixture among the tortillas and spread over the hummus.
Roll tightly to enclose the filling.
Secure with 2 toothpicks and cut each into 10 slices.
