Mushrooms In A Creamy Fennel Sauce

Ingredients
  Butter 3 Ounce (75 Gram)
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Onions 2 , diced
  Fennel seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Bay leaf 1
  Ginger pulp 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic pulp 1 Teaspoon
  Turmeric 1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed
  Black peppercorns 1 Teaspoon, crushed
  Ground coriander 1 Teaspoon
  Green chillies 3 , chopped
  Mushrooms 8 Ounce (250 Gram)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Single cream 6 Fluid Ounce (175 Milliliter)
  Chopped coriander leaves 2 Tablespoon
  Red peppers 1⁄2 Large, deseeded and sliced
Directions

Heat the butter and oil in a karahi or deep frying pan, over a medium heat.
Add the onions, fennel seeds and the bay leaf and fry for 3-5 minutes.
Meanwhile, blend the ginger, garlic, turmeric, black pepper and ground coriander together in a small bowl.
Stir the mixture into the onions and lower the heat.
Add the green chillies, mushrooms and salt and continue to stir-fry for a further 2 minutes.
Pour in the cream, then the fresh coriander, stirring the mixture with a wooden spoon.
Finally, add the sliced red pepper and serve.
