Mediterranean Kebabs

Ingredients
  Mediterranean flavors marinade 1 Cup (16 tbs) (1 Quantity)
  Aubergine 1 Small, cut into 3 centimeter squares
  Courgette 1 , cut into chunks
  Red pepper 1 , cut into 3 centimeter squares
  Green pepper 1 , cut into 3 centimeter squares
  Red onion 1 , cut into wedges
  Tomatoes 2 , quartered
Directions

1. Mix the marinade and vegetables together. Leave to marinate for 2 hrs or overnight.
2. Thread the vegetables onto soaked wooden kebab sticks. Barbecue for 6-8 mins, turning frequently and brushing with the marinade, until charred.
