How-to Make Mediterranean Tuna Salad
|Canned tuna||6 Ounce|
|Canned artichoke hearts||50 Gram, drained and quartered|
|Red onion||1⁄2 , diced|
|Greek olives||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sliced|
|Flat leaf parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Fresh oregano||1 Teaspoon|
|Pepper||To Taste, freshly grounded|
|Extra virgin olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon||1⁄2 , juice extracted|
|Crusty bread||1 , halved|
1. In a large bowl combine tuna, artichoke hearts, red onion, Greek olives, parsley, garlic, fresh oregano, salt and pepper.
2. Drizzle the extra virgin olive oil and squeeze in the fresh lemon juice to the mixture. Mix well for few minutes.
3. Place the salad onto the crusty bread. Top with other half and wrap in saran. Press the bread with heavy cans.
4. Slice and serve with fresh juice.
