How-to Make Mediterranean Tuna Salad

This Mediterranean Tuna salad is a colorful combination of greens, artichokes, olives and all things good. Just right for the lunch box or for that special gathering, it is sure to be an instant hit.
Ingredients
  Canned tuna 6 Ounce
  Canned artichoke hearts 50 Gram, drained and quartered
  Red onion 1⁄2 , diced
  Greek olives 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sliced
  Flat leaf parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Fresh oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste, freshly grounded
  Extra virgin olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon 1⁄2 , juice extracted
  Crusty bread 1 , halved
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large bowl combine tuna, artichoke hearts, red onion, Greek olives, parsley, garlic, fresh oregano, salt and pepper.
2. Drizzle the extra virgin olive oil and squeeze in the fresh lemon juice to the mixture. Mix well for few minutes.
3. Place the salad onto the crusty bread. Top with other half and wrap in saran. Press the bread with heavy cans.

SERVING
4. Slice and serve with fresh juice.
