|Lemon||1⁄2 , peel grated|
|Lemon||1⁄2 , juiced|
|Chopped fresh parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Fresh chives||1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)|
Wash fennel and cut into thin slices from top to bottom.
Melt the butter in a pan, add the fennel, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
Remove the lid and cook for a further 5 minutes.
Transfer to a serving dish and keep it warm.
Add the remaining ingredients to the pan, heat through and pour over the fennel.
Serve garnished with chives.
