Mediterranean Marinated Tuna

Ingredients
  Fresh tuna 400 Gram, cubed
  Sun dried tomato paste 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm), crushed
  Spring onions 4 , finely chopped
  Pitted black olives 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Olive oil/Vegetable rapeseed oil 2 Tablespoon
  Fresh basil leaves 1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded (A Handful)
  Pine nuts 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon (Of 1 Lemon)
Directions

Put the tuna pieces in a large mixing bowl and add the sun-dried tomato paste, garlic, spring onions, olives, oil, basil and pine nuts.
Mix well.
Add the lemon juice just before serving and stir in well.
Press the mixture into metal pastry rings to give it a good shape for serving.
