Mediterranean Marinated Tuna
|Fresh tuna||400 Gram, cubed|
|Sun dried tomato paste||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm), crushed|
|Spring onions||4 , finely chopped|
|Pitted black olives||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Olive oil/Vegetable rapeseed oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Fresh basil leaves||1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded (A Handful)|
|Pine nuts||1 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon (Of 1 Lemon)|
Put the tuna pieces in a large mixing bowl and add the sun-dried tomato paste, garlic, spring onions, olives, oil, basil and pine nuts.
Add the lemon juice just before serving and stir in well.
Press the mixture into metal pastry rings to give it a good shape for serving.
