|Red potatoes||4 Small, cut in half|
|Red pepper/Green pepper||1 Medium, cut in to chunks|
|Zucchini||1 Medium, cut into 8 chunks (About 1 Inch Thick)|
|Reconstituted natural butter flavored mix||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Garlic powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
In medium mixing bowl, combine all meatball ingredients using 1 teaspoon parsley.
Shape into 12 meatballs.
For each kebab, assemble potato, red pepper, meatball, red pepper, zucchini, meatball, zucchini, red pepper, meatball, red pepper and potato on skewer.
Repeat for remaining kebabs.
Place kebabs on roasting rack.
In 1-cup measure, combine butter-flavored mix, 1 teaspoon parsley and garlic powder.
Brush kebabs with butter sauce.
Cover with wax paper.
Microwave at High for 15 to 18 minutes, or until meatballs are firm and potatoes are tender, rotating rack and rearranging kebabs twice.
Serve with remaining sauce and couscous, if desired.
