Mediterranean Pasta

Ingredients
  Tomato 4 Cup (64 tbs), chopped
  Basil 2 Tablespoon, chopped (fresh)
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Red wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Red pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon, crushed
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Angel hair 4 Cup (64 tbs) (about 8 ounces uncooked pasta), cooked without salt or fat)
  Feta cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), crumbled
Directions

1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl, and stir well. Let stand 10 minutes. Serve at room temperature over cooked pasta, and sprinkle with crumbled feta.
