Moroccan Harissa Rub

Ingredients
  Jalapenos 4 , seeded and minced (Red Or Green)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Canned crushed tomatoes 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground cumin 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Ground coriander 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Dried red pepper flakes 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
Use as is over chicken or beef, or mix with mayonnaise or sour cream and use as a garnish.
