Moroccan Harissa Rub

|Jalapenos||4 , seeded and minced (Red Or Green)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Canned crushed tomatoes||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ground cumin||1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Ground coriander||1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Olive oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Dried red pepper flakes||2 Teaspoon|
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
Use as is over chicken or beef, or mix with mayonnaise or sour cream and use as a garnish.
