Beef Steak Sandwiches Mediterranean

Ingredients
  Canned tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Instant minced onion 2 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1 Dash
  English muffins 2 Large
  Cubed beef steaks 4
  Lard/Drippings 2 Tablespoon
  Mozzarella cheese slice 4
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sliced stuffed green olives 4 Large
Directions

Combine tomato sauce, Parmesan cheese, onion, oregano and garlic powder.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Split and toast English muffins.
Brown cubed steaks on both sides in lard over moderate heat.
Place each browned steak on English muffin half.
Spread 2 tablespoons tomato mixture on each steak.
Cover each with a slice of mozzarella cheese.
Mix oregano and basil and sprinkle a little on each slice.
Arrange slices of stuffed green olives on tops.
Broil 3 inches from heat for about 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
