|Whole wheat pitas||2 (approximately 7 inches in diameter)|
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Divide each pita into two circles.
Stack pita circles on top of each other.
Cut the stack into eight wedges.
Put pita pieces on a baking sheet so they do not overlap.
Bake 5 to 8 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Watch carefully to prevent them from burning.
Serve warm or allow to cool and store in an airtight container.
