Boiled mashed potatoes
1 Cup (16 tbs)
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
1. In a food processor, pop in almonds, garlic, lemon juice and mashed potatoes.
2. Drizzle in some olive oil and pepper while you are pulsing it down.
3. Scoop it into a bowl and you can serve it with any veggies of your choice.
