Mediterranean Rocket Salad

Ingredients
  Rocket leaves 3 1⁄2 Ounce (100 Gram)
  Curly endive 1 Bunch (100 gm), leaves separated
  Red onion 1 , thinly sliced
  Canned chickpeas 14 Ounce, drained (440 Gram)
  Roma tomatoes 4 , quartered (Egg Or Italian)
  Feta cheese 4 Ounce, roughly chopped (125 Gram)
  Black olives 8 Ounce (250 Gram)
  Marinated artichoke hearts 8 , halved
  Pine nuts 4 Tablespoon, toasted
  Balsamic vinegar/Red wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

1. Arrange rocket, endive, onion, chickpeas, tomatoes, feta cheese, olives, artichokes and pine nuts on a large serving platter.
2. Drizzle balsamic or red wine vinegar over salad and season with black pepper. Cover and chill salad until required.
